๐๏ธ Deployment Architecture
TDengine IDMP supports three typical deployment topologies: Single Instance, HA Minimal, and HA Complex. Each topology is suited to different scale and availability requirements.
๐๏ธ Planning
Hardware Requirements
๐๏ธ User Management
User management is accessed from Admin Console โ User Management. It covers users, roles, and single sign-on (SSO) configuration.
๐๏ธ System Configuration
System Configuration is accessed from Admin Console โ System Configuration. It has four sections: Basic Configuration, Notification Contact Point, Notification Template, and Email Configuration.
๐๏ธ Backup and Restore
TDengine IDMP supports scheduled automated backups. Backups can be used to restore the system to a prior state after data loss or corruption.
๐๏ธ Sample Data
The Sample Data feature lets users load a pre-built business scenario into TDengine IDMP with a single click โ no real data source required. During loading, the tool automatically creates the data model from a JSON configuration file and inserts simulated time-series data directly into the TDengine time-series database. The system ships with several industry scenario packages out of the box, and users can build their own custom packages to match any business situation.
